Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
A: We usually despatch items within 2 days of receiving your order. However we ask that you allow up to 7 days for delivery. This applies to the UK only. Overseas orders must allow up to 28 days delivery.

Questions about VolksWorld Show tickets
Q: Will I be sent a ticket for the show or is it an e-ticket?
A: You will be sent a confirmation e-mail in the first instance and then an entry wrist band which will allow you access to the show.
Q: Will I be sent a ticket if I am camping.
A: No you will receive a hanging ticket for your vehicle that will allow you access to the camping area only.
Q: What happens if the show is cancelled?
A: You will be fully refunded in the unlikely event that we have to cancel.
Q: Once I have purchased a ticket can I cancel and receive a refund?
A: No. We do not offer refunds for this show. If you e-mail adrian_vaughan@ipcmedia.com with your reason for cancelling we may under certain circumstances issue you with a refund.
Q: Are dogs allowed?
A: No. Dogs or any other pets are not allowed on the grounds of Sandown Park. Guide dogs are permitted but please be aware that it is very busy and may cause distress to the animal.
Q: What are your opening times?
A: On Saturday the doors open at 10am and close at 5pm. On Sunday the opening times are 10am to 4pm. The awards ceremony usually takes place around 3pm.
